Sylmar, CA

This project will feature three separate living units.
Currently awaiting permits for the JRADU and detached ADU
Main house will feature 1,289 SQFT with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths
JRADU will have 1 bedroom and 1 bath with 444 SQFT of living space
Detached ADU will feature 1,115 SQFT with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths

Citron Ave.
Fontana, CA

This is a new project that is about to start.
It will be a new detached ADU with an attached carport.
We are exited to start this project and help another customer bring their vision to life.

Sugarloaf Ave.
Big Bear, CA

Currently this project is in the Framing stage.
Small lot, and uneven terrain have been factors that have been a challenge throughout the project.
Definitely one for the books, no matter the challenges we will find a way to bring visions into reality.
